We have had some customers with slow and dropped connections intermittently the last 2 months. We have found that some of the blue Cat 5 patch cables are bad. Pleas try replacing this cable if you are having this problem.

New VPN customer

I worked with a client today with her VPN. I downloaded the WildBlue optimizer on her laptop and connected. Fortunately she was using a SSL VPN and the speeds were great. We had download speeds through the VPN of 1349kbps and an upload of 229kbps. She declared no more dialup!!! WildBlue Satellite internet will be installed for her Friday.

I am starting a blog about WildBlue satellite internet. I have been in the WildBlue business for one year. I want our WildBlue customers to have the best service possible.
