We have found that some of the blue Cat 5 patch cables are bad. I downloaded the WildBlue optimizer on her laptop and connected. Fortunately she was using a SSL VPN and the speeds were great. We had download speeds through the VPN of 1349kbps and an upload of 229kbps. She declared no more dialup!!!
